JOB SUMMARY
As our Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, managing inventory, and leading a team of staff to provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests
Manage food and beverage service, including inventory control, stock management, and cost control. Lead and develop a team of food and beverage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Collaborate with the golf facility management team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
Requirements:
Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a similar environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
