A day in the life As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager you’ll build, coach, and lead a team of motivated and diligent hospitality professionals who will deliver our members and guests a memorable experience. Prior experience in staff management, training, and HR practices. Excellent business acumen and experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting & controlling. Strong knowledge of labour costs and other expenses. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
