Responsibilities
  • Manage all F&B administrative tasks, maintain records, process reports, and ensure efficient filing and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, manage the Director’s diary, schedule meetings, and ensure clear communication among colleagues and superiors.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, letters, and memorandums; compile and distribute weekly and monthly F&B reports.
  • Track F&B management team attendance, update vacation plans, and verify time records daily.
  • Arrange F&B meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist with restaurant reservations and guest inquiries as needed.
