Job Description Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results. Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and high-quality products. Develop and maintain a strong team environment through effective leadership and communication. Ensure the delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Handle daily team member relations, including scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution. Oversee inventory management across all F&B Outlets. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and seasonal offerings. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to support special events, conferences, and banquets/weddings. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for food and beverage supplies. Implement and maintain quality control measures for all food and beverage products and services. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant and Banquet/Events operation • Passion for leadership and teamwork • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence • Excellent guest service skills
