Hire Resolve is recruiting experienced Food & Beverage Professionals for a luxury 5-star hotel partner in Andorra. If you have a passion for fine dining and high-level service etiquette, we want to hear from you. You will work within a high-performance F&B team, delivering exceptional dining experiences to a sophisticated clientele. This role requires a blend of technical service skill, deep product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Provide table service following 5-star international fine-dining protocols. Maintain an expert understanding of the menu, wine lists, and pairing options. Ensure the dining environment consistently meets aesthetic and cleanliness standards. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow. Language: Native or professional Spanish (Mandatory) and Intermediate to Advanced English. Experience: 2 to 6+ years in high-end F&B (Luxury 5-star hotel experience preferred). Logistics: Valid passport and a clear criminal record. Standards: High energy, professional grooming, and a guest-first mindset. Compliance: Must meet all legal hiring requirements for Andorra. Contract: 6 months (Start: 18–20 May) with potential for extension. Salary: €1,500 Gross per month. Tax: Low employee tax (approximately 6%). Housing: Individual room provided for only €100/month. Perks: 1 meal per day included.
