Description:

Servers, bartenders, cashiers, and bussers contribute to the resort, often being the first contact person, the in-between and the last touchpoint.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Accurate cash handling experience
  • Being productive and forward planning
  • Ability to work alone and/or with team members
  • Outlet dependant- barista & bartending requirements
  • Always act with integrity and lead by example
  • Stocking of front end showcases and coolers
  • Flexibility in hours and shifts
  • Assisting in preparation of orders with Manager & Supervisors
  • Opening and closing duties of outlet
  • RTP (Point of Sales) - ensuring they are closed properly when on closing shifts
  • Ensuring the outlet is ready to ‘hand over’ to the next shift. (cleanliness, etc)
  • Communicate with kitchen personnel and supervisors
  • Make sure customers are well taken care of by predicting their needs and doing everything to ensure their stay in our establishment is the finest mountain resort experience; ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensuring cleanliness of space
  • Clear and clean tables and dishes at every opportunity and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
  • Greet, welcome and engage with guests and other staff
  • Following all safety procedures and policies
  • Ensuing participation in collaboration
  • Accurately and reliably perform closing duties and reconcile cash with total sales
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
  • Willingness and continuous learning throughout employment
