KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GUEST SERVICE * Greet guests warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner * Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times * Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively * Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere OPERATIONS * Set up and maintain buffet/restaurant area as per brand standards * Ensure proper table setting, clearing, and resetting * Assist in food and beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner as applicable) * Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked HYGIENE & SAFETY * Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines) * Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas * Ensure proper handling and storage of food items * Comply with health and safety regulations TEAMWORK * Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service * Support team members during peak hours * Participate in daily briefings and training sessions BRAND STANDARDS * Adhere to Holiday Inn Express service culture and grooming standards * Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times * Ensure consistency in service delivery as per SOPs
