We’re looking for a Food & Beverage - Guest Service Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives on delivering outstanding service, and is ready to lead from the front.
About the Role:
As Food & Beverage - Guest Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
You’ll be actively involved in service, you’ll inspire the team to consistently exceed expectations, lead by example on the floor, and bring energy, organisation, and attention to detail to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the food and beverage team during service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Making operational decisions and supporting all departments across the hotel when required.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining an engaging and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in training, motivating, and developing the team to consistently deliver top-tier service.
  • Contribute to the effective management of departmental spends, such as food & beverage costs, Payroll and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Departments to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
