The Ice Cream Farm is an award-winning family attraction in Tattenhall, just a short distance from Chester. Our mission is simple: to create incredible customer experiences through play, food, and events. We aim to inspire and preserve happiness, with the hope of sending visitors home with big smiles and lasting memories.

WORKING WITH US

Whether you’re an experienced professional, a student looking for part-time work, or someone eager to kickstart a career in hospitality, we offer a variety of roles to suit different skills and interests.

You’ll have the chance to learn all sorts of exciting skills across some of our most popular food spots, including:

• Ice Cream Parlour – Home to the world’s largest ice cream shop! Get ready to scoop up some fun.
• The Ice Cream Drive In – Where we deliver our famous ice cream to visitors in golf buggies as they relax by the lake – it’s as cool as it sounds!
• Pitstop / Pizza Piazza / Pasta Grab ’n’ Go – Whip up tasty snacks in Pitstop or create delicious fresh pizzas in Pizza Piazza.
• Sticky Paws Restaurant – A family-friendly spot where kids and grown-ups can enjoy a range of dishes, all thanks to our super-fast QR code ordering system.
• Coffee Barn / Coffee Pot – Serve up freshly brewed coffee as a trained barista, making sure each cup is as perfect as the last

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A FOOD & BEVERAGE HOST

We’re looking for team members who are full of energy, love food, and aren’t afraid to have a little fun! You’ll need to be approachable and ready to connect with our visitors in a family-focused environment. We also want you to take pride in your appearance and your work, helping us keep the positive vibes flowing in our team.
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in food before – we offer full training in all our outlets to make sure you’re ready for action!
