As a Food & Beverage Hostess/ Host, you will be responsible for taking outlet reservations and matching walk-ins with table availability to maximize table utilization without the risk of overbooking while meeting guest requests in the reservation process.   A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Maximize revenue potential through the coordination of reservations, walk-ins and management of table inventory. * Record reservations according to established standards and procedures. * Ensure the Outlet entrance is always clean, organized and presentable. * Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements or new products or services to meet guest needs. * Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.   What We need from you: * Bachelor’s or Diploma in hospitality management. * Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in customer service for at least 2-years. * Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests. * Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations. * Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, industry related software desired.   What you can expect from us:  We give our people everything they need to succeed.
