This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment while working alongside seasoned professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and customer-focused service excellence. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times while maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of food and beverage areas, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail Support team members in serving food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Greet guests and interact with them professionally, addressing inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and restocking of supplies while maintaining accurate records Observe and learn standard operating procedures and best practices from experienced staff members Participate actively in team meetings, contribute ideas for service improvement, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit Support daily operations as needed and adapt flexibly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in hospitality, culinary, or related program) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and guest satisfaction Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward learning Basic numeracy skills for inventory management and stock rotation tasks Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to obtain Food Handler Certification Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from supervisors Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles (preferred) Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and procedures (preferred) Understanding of health and safety protocols in food service environments (preferred) Additional Information Own Visa and local available Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Internship Job Schedule: Full-Time
