Company Description We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Intern to shake things up with us. Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant. The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. During the day, Lotti's is a place to meet, relax or work, and from Friday to Sunday the bar plays host to local DJ talent. More about us…. Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s. The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. Job Description What you’ll do… You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises. Work with the barback team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily. Make sure the bar is set up and ready for service. Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our Restaurant & Bar Manager with any requests. Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. Qualifications What we're looking for... Individuals.
