We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Food and Beverage intern at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South. Can you give people a warm welcome and behave like a host/hostess to make guests feel at home? Then you are the F&B intern we are looking for! ABOUT US

Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South has 227 suites and rooms and opened in April 2021. We aim to appeal to both transit and longer stay travelers visiting the Dutch capital. Each of the studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen. It’s up to us to make them feel at home with our family of staff!

Responsibilities
  • Work in the daily operations of the bar & restaurant to ensure all policies, procedures, standards are followed and focused on satisfying and exceeding our guests’ expectations;
  • You will take, prepare and serve orders ranging from cocktails and coffee to breakfast, lunch and dinner;
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards;
  • Ensure that all service and kitchen equipment is clean, well maintained and complies with all hygiene, health and safety regulations with special attention to potential health hazards (HACCP) and violations of regulations;
  • Keep refrigerators, dishes and bar and restaurant furniture clean;
  • Keep up to date on all F&B trends to remain competitive within the market. As one team, we want to use all the creativity we have in the team to be at our best!;
  • Act as the “host/hostess” of Kitchen & Bar and follow company procedures;
  • Answering incoming phone calls.
