This role serves as a restaurant shift manager who will lead, direct, and motivate our food and beverage staff in providing our guests with an outstanding and entertaining experience. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field. Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience or a college degree in hospitality or related field. Must be at least 21years of age. Must be willing undergo a background check. Speak English fluently and coherently (additional language skills a plus). Must have flexible working hours (we are a 24/7 operation). Skills and Abilities: Proven leadership and ability to motivate with professionalism. Strong communication skills (both written and oral). Strong ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work well with both employees and managers at all levels. Serve as a liaison between the employees and upper management. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Must possess a great deal of tact and a strong work ethic. Takes great pride in doing their job well and seeing others succeed. Provide staff with proper training, support, materials, and tools. Possess ability to work irregular hours, nights and weekends, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the business and changes in the work force. Knowledge of inventory systems is a plus. Work Hours and Availability: Casino M8trix is hiring for all shifts. Must be available to work full-time, weekends, and holidays. Compensation and Benefits: This is a salaried, exempt position. Pay scale for this position is $70,304 - $75,000 annually (depending on experience). Employee benefits are available for all qualifying full-time employees, including paid time off, medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. In addition, this position receives a shift meal, a 20% discount on food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Casino M8trix merchandise.
