Job Description Responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage operations across all outlets, banquet and catering functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue growth, profitability, and compliance with brand standards and company policies. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or hospitality operations. Proven experience managing restaurants, bars and banquet operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams. Sound knowledge of F&B operations, guest service standards, and food safety regulations. Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and profitability. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
