As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction. Lead and manage the food and beverage department, maintaining high standards of service and product quality Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budget planning for the department Recruit, train, and mentor food and beverage staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus, incorporating local and international cuisine trends Coordinate and supervise special events, banquets, and catering services Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maximize efficiency Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting Proven track record in banquet and event management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Opera Systems, and other food & beverage management software In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural preferences in Mysuru and surrounding regions Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Innovative mindset with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
