Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability. Manage and lead the food and beverage team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, considering local and international food trends Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions Coordinate with other departments to support events and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in high-volume restaurants or hotels Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and cost control Proficiency in menu planning, development, and pricing strategies Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in restaurant management software Food Safety Certification Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and international food trends Understanding of local food and beverage regulations Fluency in English Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
