Then, we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level. What you will be doing: Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar and kitchen. Lead kitchen and F&B teams to ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, health & safety across all outlets. Liaise closely with Maintenance, Front Office, Housekeeping and Conference teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage and guide F&B and Kitchen Supervisors. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, hotel policies and SCPLH requirements. Implement Accor Vision, Values and emergency communication protocols. Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management. Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, maintaining confidentiality. Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance You’re a strong team leader, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
