Job Description This position is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, lounge and banquet/meeting room ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service is provided to the guests. The F&B Manager plans, organizes and direct the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation. Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests. Responsible and accountable for outlet’s profitability and revenue generation Qualifications Secondary / High school education Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities Additional Information Competencies This role requires: Fluency in English and Mandarin (will be advantage) To be eligible to work in Putrajaya.
