What you will be doing: Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing guest complaints Reviewing food and beverage menus to confirm profitability, seasonality and alignment with guest preferences Maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred. Proven ability to manage and inspire F&B Service team with clear communication and a collaborative approach. Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills. Advanced knowledge of HACCP standards, OPERA Cloud and MICROS systems. Creative and service-oriented, ability to control budget and inventory, understands MICROS and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Media-friendly and confident representing the F&B team in events and promotions.
