Job Description We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who thrives on a challenge and is ready to make an impact! In this role, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across our restaurant, bar, cafe, room service and conferencing operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and a motivated, high-performing team. Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Review and analyse the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget. Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for all food and beverage outlets including the supervision and direction of the food and beverage team. Contribute to the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget, actively managing costs and performance throughout the year. Prepare and review weekly and monthly forecasts across all food and beverage outlets. Analyse daily operational performance, controlling labour, beverage, product, and expenses in line with budgeted targets. Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, identifying key trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Food & Beverage team. Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, liquor licensing requirements, RSA guidelines, and hotel policies. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example and fostering a positive team culture. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of similar experience, ideally in the hotel industry. Demonstrated leadership experience. Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality preferred. Proven capability in creating a positive and productive work environment Excellent understanding of hotel systems and revenue management principles Experience writing and interpreting budgets, controlling payroll expenditure and managing the overall revenue and expenses of a department. Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Full Australian work rights.
