ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Food & Beverage opertations
Coach and mentor outlet managers and supervisors
Deliver revenue and profitabilty targets
Ensure consistent standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
Work closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience - including Duty Manager shifts
Contribute to the development and updating of menus and beverage lists
