Job Description Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for running the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining and events. This role is both operational and strategic, requiring someone who can balance service delivery with administrative responsibilities and collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include: Hands-on operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests, and supporting your team to provide an exceptional level of service Coordination between the F&B team and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction Ensuring the smooth running of conferences and events Rostering, coaching, cost control, inventory management and preparing reports for senior management If you come from a background in restaurants or hotels, have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and have experience in banqueting and/or bar operations, together with demonstrated leadership skills, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Previous experience in banqueting as a manager or supervisor. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Opera Systems and other food & beverage management software is required. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
