JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective team management, ensuring that all staff are trained to maintain high standards of food safety and service quality. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our culinary offerings while supervising daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent supervisory skills, demonstrating effective leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes is essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
  • Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in bartending duties as needed, ensuring a high-quality beverage service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback.
