Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager looking for your next opportunity? Our Client is looking for someone with a real passion for food and the drive to succeed in this role, while assisting the General Manager with the overall strategy moving forward.

Food and Beverage Manager benefits:

The Food and Beverage Manager will:

  • Have previous experience within this role
  • Be required to work 2 sleep-in Duty Manager shifts each week.
  • Be an effective Manager
  • Always lead by example
  • Commit to high standards and service.
  • Work to exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and motivate your team
  • Have run a Food & Beverage Department previously
  • Have strong awareness of current food safety legislation.
  • Have Level 2 Food Safety (essential)
  • Previous Health & Safety Experience (desirable)
