Description:
As a Food & Beverage Manager (Department Head) at our luxury resort, you will serve as the operational leader of a food and beverage outlet and is accountable for the full scope of team performance, guest satisfaction, financial execution, and service delivery. Food and Beverage Managers who function as department heads are responsible for daily operations, scheduling, payroll, hiring, inventory, and training. This role is expected to lead by example, uphold Boar’s Head standards, and drive continuous improvement within their venue.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Role supports and upholds Boar’s Head Resort’s Standards, defined by Preferred Hotel Group and Forbes standards of service and guest care.
