FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Location: Lincolnshire
Hours of work: Typical 40 Hours - Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience)
We seek an experienced Manager responsible for operating and developing our expanding Food & Beverage (F&B) businesses.
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for strategically and operationally managing an expanding F&B business.
You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within budgeted guidelines.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager with the expertise, skills and drive to grow the business.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic management and growth of the Food and Beverage operations
  • Implementation and maintenance of exceptional levels of customer service
  • Ensuring the compliance of brand standards
  • Recruiting, managing, training and developing the Food and Beverage team
  • Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
  • Setting and auditing departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Developing menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
  • Ensuring accurate and accountable monthly stock takes and stock control
  • Incentivising team members to maximise sales and revenue
  • Evaluating and acting upon guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
  • Complying with resort security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Travel to other UK sites as required
