Kinnitty Castle Hotel seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team to manage the various busy Food & Beverage outlets within The Castle; Dungeon Bar, Sli Dala Restaurant, Anti Social Cafe and The Banquet Hall.
Candidates must have hotel experience at management level.
Reporting to: The Food & Beverage Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
Main Objective: The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the F&B Department ensuring guest’s requests are met at all times and revenue is maximized.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Years previous experience in management ESSENTIAL for this Role. Candidates without need not apply
• 4* Hotel Experience advantage but not essential
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent time Management & ability to muti-task
