Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, conferencing, and catering areas. The role ensures high standards of service, guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with brand and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in F&B management (hotel environment preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Financial understanding (cost control, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Knowledge of licensing laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Accor standards is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Manage all F&B outlets and lead the F&B team.
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and uphold menu standards.
  • Overseeing creation of menus
  • Collaborate with departments to coordinate events and service.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans.
  • Conduct training, staff onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Participate in Duty Manager rota and ensure smooth operations.
