• Excellent inventory control knowledge and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle credit/debit effectively with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food production processes is essential.

• Manage and lead the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and service quality.
• Monitor credit/debit handling procedures to maintain financial integrity.
• Plan and coordinate onsite meetings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food production areas.
