    Job Description

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Food & Beverage Executive, CFBM) will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in F&B management in luxury hotels or resorts.

  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets, banqueting operations, and guest service excellence.

  • Strong background in cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and vendor relations.
  • Experience leading multicultural teams in a high-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills; ability to mentor and inspire staff.
  • Strong understanding of hotel F&B operations, standards, and guest service expectations.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience managing P&L, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and F&B software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Strong network and knowledge of Dubai’s culinary and hospitality landscape will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multicultural F&B team to deliver world-class service in line with Mövenpick and Accor brand standards.
  • Oversee daily operations across all outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, & monitor F&B strategies, policies, and SOPs to optimize efficiency & maintain brand standards.
  • Manage budgets, monitor P&L, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities through creative and profitable F&B offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to innovate menus, promotional concepts, and guest experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Organize and oversee events, banquets, and special F&B projects in line with hotel standards.
