At Moxy & Residence Inn Houthavens Amsterdam, managed by Cycas Hospitality and part of Marriott Hotels & Resorts, we’re looking for an energetic, hands-on, Food & Beverage Manager with a sharp commercial edge, ready to take the lead in the F&B operations.
You will manage the day-today operation of our bar, breakfast, grab-and-go, and in-house dining experience across both brands. Your mission: create an unforgettable experience, maximize profitability, and empower your team to live the Moxy spirit and Residence Inn hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all food & beverage operations including breakfast service, bar operations, grab-and-go, and meeting / events.
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest service standards across both brands.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, health & safety procedures, and HACCP compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team in line with Cycas values.
  • Foster a fun, positive, and supportive work environment that aligns with Marriott and Cycas culture.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and training sessions to boost motivation and performance.
  • Drive F&B revenue through upselling, promotions, and local partnerships.
  • Develop and manage department budgets, control costs, and analyse monthly financial performance.
  • Forecast demand and schedule team members to ensure service excellence and cost-efficiency.
  • Champion guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Respond to guest feedback professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with front office and housekeeping to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations.
