We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations on a full-time basis.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day and strategic operation of our restaurant, bar, room service and conference & events/banqueting operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving solid financial and operational results.

Job Description

- Lead, motivate and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.

- Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, room service and conference & events.

- Drive Food & Beverage revenue through innovative initiatives, promotions and effective upselling strategies.

- Manage departmental labour, costs, productivity and overall financial performance.
