JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead your team in exceeding guest expectations and creating lasting positive impressions on each guest. Your role is very important because you are your team’s leader, teacher, and role model. Additionally, you will achieve excellence by leading and teaching your people to make business decisions that are focused on upholding the highest standards in guest service while delivering against key financial goals and performance metrics for the department. You will deliver this leadership throughout the orientation, training, performance management, and communication processes.

EXPERIENCE/PASSIONS/EDUCATION

• Post-Secondary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years in Hospitality Food & Beverage is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in Food & Beverage is required
• Food Safety and Pro Serve Certification are required.
• A wine education certificate is considered an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of all areas of Food & Beverage service.
• Proficient in English.
• Tech-savvy.
