With a range of accommodation, dining, and entertainment options, it is one of WA’s most iconic holiday destinations. We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Food & Beverage Manager to lead our outlets and deliver outstanding service for our guests. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple food and beverage venues, manage events, and ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting to the Resort Management, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head Chef to create seasonal menus, manage budgets, and maintain service standards that reflect RAC’s values. Your day-to-day impact Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service across multiple outlets. Oversee bar, restaurant, café, and event operations including weddings and functions. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, promotions, and guest experiences. Manage budgets, cost control, rostering, procurement, and supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies. Actively review guest feedback and implement service improvements. Recruit, train, and coach staff to build a high-performing team. Prepare detailed management reports and stock control processes. What you’ll bring to the team Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management within resorts, hotels, or multi-outlet venues. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage budgets, cost of sales, and team performance. Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, or Management desirable. RSA and Approved Manager’s Licence required. National Police Clearance required. Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays, and overtime.
