Ahead of our grand reopening in Q1 2027, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic full-time Food & Beverage Manager to lead our outlets and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. What will you be doing? In this role, you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, from restaurant service to bar management, ensuring quality, compliance, and outstanding service. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to create innovative menus, manage costs, and lead a high-performing team. Your day-to-day impact Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team, ensuring service excellence across all outlets. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menus, promotions, and guest experiences. Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost control. Oversee compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies. Train, roster, and develop your team to maintain high standards. Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction. Prepare detailed management reports on outlet performance. What you’ll bring to the team Proven leadership experience in F&B management within hotels, resorts, or restaurants. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Experience supervising, training, and rostering teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and guest relations skills. Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, or Management desirable. RSA and Approved Manager’s Licence required.
