- A calm, professional, and confident leadership style, particularly during high-volume periods.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and beverage operations.

- Serving It Right certification required.

- Food Protected certification is considered an asset.

- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and operational reporting is an asset.
