Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurants, bars, and event venues. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work closely with your team and fellow leaders to deliver outstanding service, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive strong financial performance. This is a full-time, exempt position. Candidates must have flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Essential Job Duties: Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing food & beverage team. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and conduct regular performance reviews. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Oversee budgets, labor, inventory, and supplies to meet financial goals. Ensure daily operations comply with health, safety, and ABC laws and regulations. Develop and implement new promotions, policies, and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on forecasting and planning. Requirements A minimum of one year experience in a food & beverage management role (restaurant, resort, private club, etc.) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and budgeting skills Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and a positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality a plus Valid driver's license Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced, hot, and humid environment Ability to speak clearly and professionally with guests and team members Ability to drive vehicle for performance of job duties
