Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective inventory and procurement systems

• Analyze financial performance and control costs

• Lead and empower service team through training sessions

• Partner with marketing for engaging social media campaigns

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food & beverage operations, with supervisory experience required

- Serve Right and Food Safety/Food Handler certifications required, or willingness to obtain upon hire

- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on, guest-first approach to service

- Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a team in a quick-paced environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing service needs

- Able to stand and walk for long periods without sitting or leaning
