As Food & Beverage Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
Qualifications
To execute the position of Food & Beverage Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus two or more years related experience, including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Diploma in Catering or Business and more than three years’ experience in a similar role, preferred.
Fluent in Italian and English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
Given local regulations only EU passport holders or Italian work permit holders can be considered for the role.
