Be Remarkable.  I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:    * Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. * Ensure compliance with TABC/state liquor laws and club regulations. * Monitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness. Financial Management * Assist in developing and managing operating and capital budgets. * Control expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet financial targets. * Supervise inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock of china, glassware, and silverware. Staff Leadership & Training * Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a knowledgeable and competent team. * Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to discuss menu updates and service standards. * Implement ongoing training programs, including regular service exams, to ensure staff proficiency. Member & Guest Relations * Welcome new club members and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction. * Address member concerns and complaints professionally, escalating to AGM or GM as necessary. * Maintain high visibility in dining areas to ensure prompt and efficient service. Event Coordination * Participate in planning and executing club events, including F&B functions, seasonal parties, and special events. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event operations. Administrative Duties * Maintain F&B point-of-sale system for accurate tracking of member charges. * Prepare and submit required reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. * Attend operational meetings and conduct weekly staff meetings to communicate expectations and updates. Additional Responsibilities * Assist with special projects as assigned by management. * Act as senior server or bartender as needed to support operations. * Uphold all standard operating procedures and club policies. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   •Prior experience in a luxury resort style hotel is a plus Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus • Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain sound working relationships and communications with members, management, staff, ownership, prospective buyers and vendors • Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail. • Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children. • Requires excellent oral and written communications skills. • Excellent human relations skills, with a talent for motivating staff and members • Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team. • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. • High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. • Must be able to stay organized and work independently.   EDUCATION: High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.   APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.   ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment.  While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift.
