• Manage annual budgeting for food service areas

• Monitor financial performance against budget commitments

• Recruit and train staff for all outlets

• Collaborate on the marketing plan for F&B; services

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in food & beverage or hospitality

• 3+ years’ team management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
