Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, we are an independent family run luxury venue with multiple restaurants, a farm shop, picture house, wedding venue, events space, a festival field and a hotel. We are care about our land, our people and our guests and we are looking to recruit an F&B Operations Manager that will help drive to Tewinbury towards its goal to becoming one of the best hotels in the UK.
Working with an excellent team you will be responsible for overseeing The Granary Kitchen, The Cowshed restaurant, The Stable Bar and Courtyard.

The role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager will involve:

  • Overseeing all our Tewinbury Food & Beverage operations
  • Improving processes - Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across our F&B offering
  • Delivering team culture – coaching and mentoring managers and team members to thrive in the jobs they do.
  • Manage resources (human, financial, and material) effectively to optimize performance and minimize costs.
  • Quality Control - Ensure that our products and services consistently meet our desired standards and our guest expectations
  • Problem Solving - Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions to improve performance.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and motivate our teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve our Tewinbury operational goals.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER:

  • The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in multisite or high-volume operations.
  • Be inspired by food, wine and people!
  • Not shy to roll up your sleeves when needed – we’re a hands-on kind of place with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
  • Our successful Food & Beverage Operations Manager will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
