This role supports the restaurant manager and leads the team in delivering high-quality service. Where You Can Make an Impact: Manage staff for the restaurant, bar and coffee outlet. Assist with scheduling and training new team members. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Handle guest concerns and address issues promptly. Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Process guest payments and oversee cash handling procedures. Support the implementation of promotions and events. Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma required; hospitality training preferred. Experience: 2+ years in food service or hospitality, with leadership experience. Knowledge/Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of food safety and service standards. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
