JOB SUMMARY

The Food & Beverage Sales and Reservations Executive is the first point of contact for Food & Beverage outlet and group guests seeking to experience the culinary excellence at Pan Pacific London. This role is critical in curating memorable dining experiences through meticulous handling of group reservations, guest inquiries, and communication between Food & Beverage outlets. The individual in this position will deliver a high standard of service, manage reservations efficiently, and contribute to optimising revenue and operational flow within the Food & Beverage department. Your tasks as a Food & Beverage Sales and Reservations Executive will include but not be limited to:

  • Handle all incoming group reservations for our F&B outlets through phone, email, and online platforms with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary liaison for guests, providing tailored event proposals and ensuring their requirements are understood and recorded.
  • Conduct site inspections with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in coordinating large party bookings, private dining requests, and special events.
  • Provide daily updates to F&B leadership on group reservations, trends, and operational considerations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&B menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional experience that reflects the hotel’s standards of luxury.
