Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales across our F&B outlets and event spaces, including Harbour Society, HI-SO, and private dining venues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, turning enquiries into memorable experiences.
  • Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Host site inspections and build strong client relationships
  • Prepare tailored proposals, Event run sheets and coordinate site inspections.
  • Collaborate with our culinary and events teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
