• Prepare high-quality meals, manage menus, and ensure food safety standards are met as the site’s Food Safety Supervisor.
• Oversee ordering, stock management, and budgeting to ensure efficient and cost-effective kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment in line with hygiene and WHS standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow WHS procedures, complete required training, and contribute to a safe and continuously improving workplace.
