Responsibilities
  • Lead meal preparation, ordering, and kitchen stock management while maintaining high food quality and minimising waste
  • Oversee food safety compliance as the site’s Food Safety Supervisor, including temperature checks and documentation
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, dining area, and community spaces to meet health standards
  • Build positive relationships with residents and team members, always showing care, empathy, and professionalism
  • Follow WHS procedures, complete training, and safely handle chemicals and equipment in line with safety guidelines
