• Serve cocktails and menu items efficiently while ensuring a high standard of service.
• Present guests with itemized bills and complete payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain quality control of menu items before serving.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow all cash-handling procedures as per hotel policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized service section.
• Occasionally assist the Bartender with drink preparation, garnish preparation, stocking liquor, and other bar-related duties as needed.
• Perform shift side duties as required.
• Ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
