We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Server to join our Food & Beverage team at Stoke Lodge Hotel!
The shifts available are 7.30am-12pm & 5.30pm-10pm. Approximately 12-16 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages
• Ensure accurate delivery of order
• Maintain a clean and orderly service area
• Provide recommendations to guests
• Provide an excellent guest experience
• Prepare station and restaurant/bar for service and clean down post-service
• Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system
• Adhere to health and safety standards

Skills / Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality is required; preferably in a hotel setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic maths skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

We are a family-run hotel in Stoke Fleming with exciting plans to develop our product and guest experience. Leaving careers in five-star hotels in London, Myles and Alex moved to the area and acquired Stoke Lodge Hotel at the end of 2023.
